City Central Sleep Studies (CCSS) is a team of Accredited Clinical Sleep Physiologists and Sleep & Respiratory Physicians.

We aim to improve your sleep experience by offering personalised sleep studies and therapy all in the comfort of your own home.

Before

✓ Book your home sleep study here.

✓ Ensure you have your referral from your doctor to email us at admin@citycentralsleepstudies.com.au

or give us a call 0467 037 752 to have a chat.

During

✓ We come to your home to set you up with the sleep equipment in the late afternoon. This will take approximately 30 minutes.

✓ Once the equipment is secure, we leave you to continue to enjoy your evening. Please try to have your usual evening and bed routine and retire to bed at your normal time. 

After

✓ Wake up at your usual time and carefully remove the equipment yourself. 

✓ We will arrange for the equipment to be collected the next morning.

✓ Your sleep study will be analysed and reported in-house by our Clinical Sleep Physiologists and reported by one of our Sleep & Respiratory Physicians. 

✓ Your referring doctor will receive your report within 7 working days of your study. Please make an appointment with them to discuss your results.

Do you experience the following signs and symptoms associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) or other sleep disorders?

→ Daytime sleepiness and/or fatigue
